The Greenbaum family has been in the taxi business since Andy Greenbaum became a taxi driver and purchased a medallion in 1952. Andy was eager to develop his career ambitions. By 1959, he enrolled in insurance school and two years later became a licensed insurance broker. His wife Pearl was a sharp business woman and together they established Pearland Brokerage. The business continued to expand through the years.
